By booking or purchasing any creative service from AC Media Designs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

 

1. Services Offered

 

 

AC Media Designs provides creative services including, but not limited to:

 

• Logo Design

• Branding Packages

• Flyer Design

• Reels & Video Content

 

 

 

2. Payment Policy

 

 

All services require full payment upfront to begin the project. No work will be started without confirmed payment.

 

 

3. Turnaround Time & Rush Services

 

 

Standard turnaround time for initial drafts is 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Rush services are available upon request and are subject to an additional rush fee, which will be discussed prior to project acceptance.

 

 

4. Revisions

 

 

Each creative service includes up to 2 free revisions. Additional revisions will incur a $25 fee per round. Revisions must be communicated clearly and within a reasonable time.

 

 

5. Refunds & Cancellations

 

 

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once work has begun.

If a client chooses to cancel a project before work begins or during the early stages, services may either be:

 

• Rolled over for future use, or

• A partial refund may be issued at the discretion of AC Media Designs.

 

 

 

6. Project Expiration

 

 

Unused services do not expire. However, it is the client’s responsibility to maintain communication in a timely manner. Unresponsive clients risk project delays.

 

 

7. Communication

 

 

All project-related communication should be conducted through email or the agreed-upon platform to ensure accuracy and documentation.

 

 

8. Portfolio & Marketing Use

 

 

AC Media Designs reserves the right to showcase completed client work in its portfolio, social media, and design class examples unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before the start of the project.

 

 

9. Client Responsibility

 

 

Clients are responsible for providing clear, complete information and assets needed for the project (e.g., images, text, color preferences). Delays in receiving client input may delay delivery.
